Their pursuit of unique and engaging material led them to a heavier, darker sound that evolved naturally, distinct from the typical 70s style. The new songs effectively convey a sense of heaviness and emotion not usually associated with a'retro' band. Final Sacrifice is a fictional horror - themed album where each song tells a part of the overall story. The 'final sacrifice' concept acts as a unifying thread for the songs and is the inspiration behind the art. It's an analog masterpiece in both audio and visual.
