After eight studio releases from NIGHTINGALE, it's finally time for a proper live album! In Dan Swäno's words, 'When we were invited to play at the prestigious Rock Hard Festival in May 2016, we thought this was the perfect moment and place to capture the energy of a NIGHTINGALE live show. When we listened back to the gig recordings, it was clear that there was a special atmosphere on stage and among the audience that day. To preserve that, we decided to mix the album with a high proportion of sound from the two audience microphones. This gives listeners the feeling of being right at the concert. However, it also means there are occasional off - time and out - of - tune notes, as we can't fix anything in the studio when mixing this way.
