After a decade of making a mark as an international live band and studio project, Ellende's unique take on atmospheric black metal reaches new heights. This album is set to be a milestone in their musical journey and will be released on 30 September 2022 through AOP Records Germany in various sound carrier formats. L.G. is the mastermind behind songwriting, lyrics, vocals, choirs, and multiple instruments like electric guitars, acoustic guitars, bass guitars, piano, synths, samples, and ambience. P.F. handles the drums. The album features guest vocals by J.J. (Karg, Harakiri for the Sky) on 'Ruhelos'. 'Verletzlich' is inspired by the Irish painter Francis Bacon, and 'Forms of Injury' uses samples from a 1966 interview 'Fragments of a Portrait'. The songwriting, prerecordings, and lyrics were crafted by L.G. between 2018 - 2021 in Austria. Guitar, bass, and vocal recordings by L.G. took place in 2021 - 2022 in Austria. Drum recordings by P.F. were done through Markus S. and Klangschmiede Studio E in 2021 in Germany. Acoustic guitar recordings by L.G. were also made through them in 2021 in Germany. The mix, master, and vinylmaster were handled by Markus S. and Klangschmiede Studio E between 2021 - 2022 in Germany. L.G. also created the oil paintings, artworks, and designs between 2021 - 2022 in Austria.
