Jason, an Iced Earth fan, got the idea from Iced Earth’s Horror Show and decided to create an album centered around his favorite sci - fi movies. The album has amazing guest performances. Brittney Slayes from Unleash the Archers reprises her role as Barbarella in a re - recorded 'Queen of the Galaxy', and Arjen Anthony Luccassen, known from Ayreon, Star One, and The Gentle Storm, contributes his voice and guitar skills to the closing track 'Journey Beyond the Stars'. Jason is overjoyed to work with Arjen as he's a huge inspiration. After facing many challenges, Dire Peril is excited to share this album with the heavy metal community. John Yelland says working on this album was a delight, and he's proud of what they've achieved and eager to share more with the world.
