ARMA GATHAS was started by Simon Füllemann (a founding member of Cataract, Mine, Damage ID and Armicide) in late 2006. It began as a project to realize Simon Füllemann’s artistic ideas. It took a long and difficult journey to find the right group to make the songs as impactful as possible. Over the past three years, more than three dozen songs were written. Many of them were recorded and demoed around the world (with artists like Tim Lambesis of As I Lay Dying) to find the best sound, mood, and rhythm to bring Füllemann’s artistic dreams to life.

'Dead To This World' has a one - of - a - kind, powerful sound and will be released to the world in late April 2010. It features thirteen tracks of the band's signature sound - a wild, energetic, and aggressive blend of METAL similar to ENTOMBED, BOLT THROWER, MACHINE HEAD, combined with PUNK/HARDCORE legends like TRAGEDY, INTEGRITY, HIS HERO IS GONE, HATEBREED, MERAUDER, WOLFBRIGADE, and even NEUROSIS.
