Arabs in Aspic, hailing from Trondheim, Norway, has been the leading light of 70s - inspired progressive and proto - hard rock in mid - Norway for 15 years. Their sound is a lovely blend of loud, heavy guitars and drums, 12 - string acoustics, funky bass and percussion, screaming Hammond organs, soft Rhodes, Mellotrons, and 70s synths, all topped with rich vocal harmonies. The band's first three albums have been remastered by Jacob Holm - Lupo and are gathered in this limited box set on exclusive 'Aspic - colored vinyl'. The box comes with a 12 - page booklet about the band's early days and a slipmat with their Crown logo. Both the booklet and slipmat are exclusive to this box set. This is officially licensed Arabs in Aspic merchandise, limited to just 300 copies.
