Product Description

Please note that some LPs have arrived with damaged jackets and are available at a 40% discount. The jackets may have spine cracks, bumped edges, and/or scuff marks. Check the additional picture. No returns will be accepted for the discounted LPs unless there's a defect in the actual vinyl. This is a black vinyl gatefold edition. 'Illegimitation' is Obscura's very first demo collection, featuring the band's earliest recordings and brand - new cover songs. As one of the pioneers in extreme metal, Obscura funded this release through crowd - sourced capital. Obscura's debut record, 'Illegimitation', was recorded in 2003 with their long - time producer V.Santura, marking the band's start in 2002. There are also unreleased recordings from 2006 after the band's first European tour with Suffocation, including the original version of 'Incarnated'. To complete this release, the band covered three influential songs: 'Flesh and the Power it Holds' by Death, 'Piece of Time' by Atheist, and 'How Could I' by Cynic. Tracklist: - 'Illegimitation' Demo (2003): 01. ...and all will come to an end 02. Crucified 03. Fear 04. Immanent Desaster - 'Cosmogenesis' Preproduction (2006): 05. Incarnated 06. Open the Gates 07. Headworm - Recording Session (2011): 08. Flesh and the Power it Holds (Death) 09. Piece of Time (Atheist) 10. How Could I (Cynic)

Using this LP is easy. Just place it on your record player, gently drop the needle onto the grooves, and enjoy the music. When handling the LP, make sure to hold it by the edges to avoid getting fingerprints on the playing surface. For the jackets, even if they're damaged, try to keep them clean to maintain the overall look of the album. Store the LP in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping. Remember, if you buy a discounted LP, returns are only accepted if there's a defect in the vinyl itself, not just the jacket.
