Limited to just 200 hand - numbered copies, this album comes on clear smoked vinyl, housed in heavy gatefold sleeves with a lyric insert. 'World Domination' is a bridge between the old and new sounds of DEMONICAL. The band's sixth album sees the debut of vocalist Christofer Sätderdal and the return of original drummer Ronnie Bergerstål (active from 2006 - 2011 and since 2019). The band stays true to its formula of brutal, melodic, and distinctively Swedish death metal. Picking up where 2018's 'Chaos Manifesto' left off, 'World Domination' adds extra dynamics and energy to the band's sound. DEMONICAL says, 'World Domination is our sixth full - length album and the first with new vocalist Christofer Sätderdal and returning drummer Ronnie Bergerstål. It continues the path of our previous album, delivering fierce HM - 2 driven Swedish death metal, a blend of brutality, melody, and darkness. We experimented with new elements this time and are thrilled with the result. In terms of production, this is our most dynamic and vivid album yet. We used a different recording approach and aimed for a sound like albums from the late 80s and early 90s.' Recorded in June 2020 at Glashuset and Sellnoise studios by Johan Hjelm and Jonas Arnberg, with DEMONICAL handling production. Award - winning producer Karl Daniel Lidén (Bloodbath, Katatonia) took care of mixing and mastering at Tri - Lamb Studios. The cover art is by Susan Wicher, and new band photos are by Jens Ryden.
